From Chai No. 16 (the reliable original) to Chai No. 84 (apple cider's wild child), we've got 30+ blends doing absolutely whatever they want. Classic masala chai that plays by the rules. Chocolate chai that definitely doesn't. Green tea chai pretending to be responsible. Rooibos chai staying up past bedtime.

Some bring the heat with chili and peppercorn. Others whisper sweet nothings with vanilla and coconut.
